General business and cancellation conditions

General terms and conditions: Accommodation in a room on the day of arrival: after 3 p.m. / if the room is ready, it is possible even earlier / Leaving the room on the day of departure: until 10 a.m. / by agreement, it can be extended / For group reservations, the conditions according to the table below apply. Cancellation conditions for group bookings apply to travel agencies. The cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of the reservation of accommodation services by the customer. Individual guest: a reservation confirmed in writing can be canceled without a cancellation fee 3 days before arrival. 2 days before arrival and non-arrival is charged at 100%. In the event of client non-arrival or cancellation due to unavoidable events or other understandable matters (so-called force majeure), the cancellation fee is not charged after notification and agreement. A written order is considered to be one that meets all requirements and is sent either by post, e-mail or via the web reservation form. The written order must be: orderer's name, e-mail or telephone , date of issue, or when invoicing the company ID number, VAT number, bank details, extract from the commercial register or a copy of the trade certificate. Pension reserves the right to issue an advance invoice before arrival, payable before the start of the event. The reservation is held until 18:00 on the day of arrival, if the guest does not report a later arrival at the latest on the day of arrival and does not confirm his reservation, the room is offered to another person without compensation for the original guest .We recommend all guests make reservations in writing to avoid problems with full capacity. Group booking: The hotel is entitled to charge cancellation fees for groups of more than 10 people in the following cases: 30-23 days before arrival 10% of the stay, 22-14 days before arrival 30% of the stay, 13-08 days before arrival 50% of the stay, 07-02 days before arrival 75% of the stay, 01 night - no-show 100% of the stay. These General Terms and Conditions are contractual and can be modified in special cases by another contract. Complaints: In the event of a complaint, the customer is obliged to apply his requirements for the removal of defects without undue delay directly during the stay so that they can be removed on the spot to the satisfaction of the customer.
